About the role
Our creatives are the heart of what we deliver. You’ll run how we find, vet and onboard them, and help them grow once they’re in the network.
You’ll own the recruitment pipeline, from applications and skills tests to practical briefs and interviews, and keep the talent pool ready for client demand.
What you’ll do
- Run the recruitment pipeline from application to interview
- Onboard new creatives and get them ready for their first brief
- Track quality, reliability and levels across the network
- Keep creatives engaged with events, feedback and support
What you’ll bring
- Experience in recruitment, talent or community management
- Great at building relationships with creative people
- Organised, data-minded and comfortable in spreadsheets
