On a monthly plan, you can revise each task until you're happy while it's active. One-off services include 2 revision cycles. Most revisions come back in 24 to 48 hours.

Revise each task until you're happy with it, while the request is active. A revision is a change within the scope of the original brief. A new direction or a different deliverable counts as a new request.

Each one-off service includes 2 revision cycles.
How long revisions take
Most revisions come back within 24 to 48 hours. Revisions to complex requests can take up to 4 business days.
Giving clear feedback
- Comment on the work itself in the app, so the team sees exactly what you mean.
- Gather everyone's feedback into one round, rather than several small ones.
- Be specific: "make the headline bigger" beats "make it pop".
- Say what's working too, so it stays in the next version.
When you're happy, approve the work in the app. You own everything you approve.
