What can change a timeline
We may adjust a timeline when a brief is incomplete, assets are missing, the scope or direction changes, or we're waiting on your feedback or approval.
Tracking progress
Open Requests to see every active request, then open one to see where it stands:
- Waiting for a workstream: queued until a slot on your plan frees up.
- Assigned: your project manager has matched it with the right creative.
- In progress: the team is working on it.
- Your review: the work is ready for you to approve or send notes back.
- Completed: you've approved it.
Each request also shows its due date and how many revision rounds are left, so you always know where it stands without sending an email.
